Typography Posters
I designed three posters that represent the historical relationships between three different typeface families. The typefaces each had to belong to different families of type classification. The first two posters include paragraphs explaining a brief summary of the font's history and its historical significance. Each poster measures 30" wide x 40" tall. We were tasked with printing and tiling each poster consisting of 9 sheets of presentation paper seamlessly together. The typefaces I chose were Bodoni (transitional), Goudy Text (blackletter), and Univers (international).
